Civic Platform Implementations

Description

This training prepares an Administrator on all facets of successfully configuring the Accela Civic Platform, Citizen Access and Mobile Apps.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will have developed a:

• Knowledge of and basic level proficiency in implementation methodology and best practice.

• Knowledge of and basic level proficiency in using best practices in configuring Civic Platform.

• Follow best practice and methodology during configuration analysis on a project.

• Ability to contribute and configure basic record types and objects in Civic Platform as part of a project team.

•Knowledge of and basic level proficiency in Civic Platform configuration to include ACA setup (pageflow and enabling of the record type).

•Ability to contribute and configure basic settings and page designs in Citizen Access as part of a project team.

•Ability to configure the Accela Mobile app.

 

 

Target Audience

Administrators wanting learn how to configure the Civic Platform application.

Prerequisites

  1. Access to the Accela Learning Management System (contact university@accela.com for access).
  2. Completion of the Civic Platform Implementation Training Pre-work course in the Accela LMS.
