This course is an interactive introduction to writing reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
In this training course, participants will learn how to design and customize reports, including connecting to custom data sources, creating custom formulas, and accepting user input through parameters. Participants will also receive instruction on creating reports that provide insight into workflow, workflow history, associated people, and related record information. The training will culminate in a final project, where participants will create a detailed report showcasing the results of an inspection. This report will include information on inspection details, guide-sheet information, and associated guide-sheet items. By the end of this course, participants will have the skills and knowledge needed to create professional-quality reports that effectively communicate data insights.
