- Payment Adjustments: This module prepares users to effectively make payment adjustments such as refunds or voids.
- Trust Accounts: This module trains users how to setup and use Trust Account functionality.
- Cashier Sessions:This module prepares users to search for, open, continue and complete cashier sessions in the Civic Platform.
Course Objectives
After completing these modules, users will be able to:
- Process payments from records and the payment processing workspace.
- Adjust payments from both a record and the payment processing workspace.
- Setup, use and modify trust accounts for payments.
- Leverage cashier sessions if the organization is setup with a cash drawer interface.
