This trail introduces you to condition functionality and enables you to manage conditions on records, reference data, inspections, and sets. This learning path provides you with comprehensive knowledge and essential competencies for enhancing your Civic Platform skills in the following areas:
- Conditions for Records, People, & Property: This module introduces condition functionality and how to manage conditions for records, people, and property.
- Conditions for Sets:This module introduces set conditions and demonstrates how to apply and remove conditions for a set of records.
- Conditions for Inspections:This module introduces inspection conditions and demonstrates how to apply and remove inspection conditions.
- Conditions of Approval (COA): This module introduces condition of approval functionality and how to manage COA for records, inspections, and sets.
Course Objectives
After completing these modules, participants will be able to:
- Add standard conditions to reference data, records, inspections, and sets.
- Create custom conditions for any data item.
- Edit active conditions on reference data, records, inspections, and sets.
- Update condition statuses, delete and remove conditions.
- Add, edit, and remove conditions of approval to reference data, records, inspections, and sets.
