Course Objectives

- Be proficient in setting up Accela Insights, including granting access, configuring permissions, enabling features, and customizing dashboards to suit end users' needs.
- Navigate and customize dashboards with ease, manipulate data sets and fields effectively, create and format visualizations, employ advanced filtering techniques, and utilize the Canvas for comprehensive dashboard management.
- Design, assemble, and format comprehensive dashboards for records, inspections, and workflow analytics within the Accela Insights platform to enhance usability and facilitate effective data analysis and communication.
- Create, customize, and govern dashboards, manage console page development, import dashboards, and effectively manage user access, ensuring optimal utilization of insights-driven tools within your agency.
